Every campus, every organization, and every community is different. Every group of students is navigating something unique. So when we work together, we’re not just picking a program and calling it a day. We’re creating an experience that actually meets your students where they are, and helps them take a step forward.

I don’t show up with a perfectly scripted talk that looks the same every time. I show up ready to meet your community where it is. I do that by:

  • Understanding your community’s culture
  • Creating space for real conversations
  • Challenging students to take ownership
  • Giving communities something they can use immediately!
  • Cultivating a relationship that lasts longer than my time on your campus or with your organization.
  • A clearer understanding of how they show up impacts the community around them
  • Tools to build trusting relationships within their organization
  • An ability to practice accountability rooted in curiosity and care
  • Strategies to take the interpersonal risks that leadership requires
  • A sense of personal responsibility to create communities and organizations where people feel safe to belong, safe to be curious, and safe to grow.

My work sits at the intersection of leadership, belonging, accountability, and the real conversations students do not always get the opportunity to have.

I believe leadership requires interpersonal risk. Speaking up, asking for help, challenging a harmful norm, admitting a mistake, or holding someone accountable all become harder when people believe doing so could cost them acceptance or belonging. I also recognize that the degree of interpersonal risk some may need to take is higher than others based on identities they hold.

My work helps communities create environments where people feel safe to belong, safe to be curious, and safe to grow, without confusing safety with comfort or removing the responsibility we have to one another.
